Be aware that BUYTWOFAST’s returns policy applies as long as the items are unworn, unwashed, without stains, undamaged and with all original tags & packaging intact.

  1.    Find the item in My Account Select  drop box And write text for return reason with img.Proof
  2.    Select the Reason for the Return. Depending on the seller’s Return Policy, we may put you in touch with the seller directly.
  3.    If Photos of the item would be helpful for documenting the condition of the item you bought and received, you can upload photos. Both buytwofast Customer Service mail and the Seller can see them.
  4.    Once the Return Request For Your Return Approved, Pack the item carefully and You must return the item within 5 business days , It’s a good practice to include tracking information with Couriar Tracking receipt & label Attached  when returning an item with packing box or pod bag.
  5.    The Return shipment need to send by yourself to our warehouse address. The Return shipment charges has to be bear by you, But if it is our Fault for a Return ( like Wrong Product, Damaged Products )  then the Return shipping charges will be Refunded to you to the Wallet which can be used for any Purchase at buytwofast. It can’t be re-imbrues to your Bank account.
  6. Depending on the Location we can arrange Reverse Pick up for your Return (damage or Defect product)Shipment, The Charge for Return Shipment will be Rs. 200, which will be deducted from your Total Paid amount.
  7.    The seller refunds you within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. If you’re requesting a new item as part of a replacement or exchange, you have 5 business days to ship the original item back to the seller once you agree to a replacement or exchange. Once the original item is shipped back, the seller will ship the new item to you within 5 business days.

  12. The product whose model photo has been given with the second photo real. That product may not return the buyer.If the buyer got this product separately or if he got damage, we will accept the return of such stories. The thread is completely normal. and No return on normal damage.
    If the buyer buys goods of amount 1000 or above 1000, If the customer wants to return the shipment on any issue, then the customer has to pay the courier charge for to and from Rs. 150+150 before returning the shipment.Only after this the return will be done.If the buyer does not do so, the return will be counted as non-accept.
